 If I ever start feeling bad or start overthinking of stuff I like going on long drives by myself or have a hard long work out. When I go on long drives I like putting on music and driving like that. It makes me feel better because I like cars and feeling the car move and your controlling it all with your hands it just makes me feel good. When I have a long work out  I feel better because the pain from the workout takes away my thoughts from anything else.
